Photographs depicting impressive skydiving feats are undoubtedly cool, but have you ever wondered how they are captured?
The international photography contest dedicated to action and adventure sports is back for 2016 and submissions are still open. So if you’ve got some awesome shots, enter them before the closing date of March 31.

Flying head first
Using a GoPro to shoot skydiving is pretty standard, but Wolfgang also uses a DSLR to get higher-quality images. He attaches it to his helmet and triggers the shutter via a release cable in his mouth!
He also draws the range of the viewfinder onto his goggles for accuracy. Learn more about his method by watching the video in the player above.
