The Americans know how to do national parks. From Yosemite to Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon to Joshua Tree - there's no shortage of wilderness to go and get lost in (not literally - that would suck).
Grand Teton National Park, home to Grand Teton the mountain, is once such incredible part of the world to (not literally) get lost in. Covering some 310,000 acres, the park is a refuge for adventure junkies of all shapes and sizes: hikers, campers, mountaineers, kayakers, fishermen - you name it, they've adventured in it.
For those of us unfortunate enough to have not yet made it to Grand Teton National Park, the incredibly talented filmmaking team at More Than Just Parks have, very kindly, provided a slice of GTNP for us to enjoy from the comfort of our couches. In fact, this is one of the most inspiring timelapses - filmed in 8K, no less - we've ever clapped our eyes on.
So sit back, relax, and soak up the wonders of Grand Teton NP. Then, if you feel like it, help fund more films like this by making a donation to More Than Just Parks. And after that, if you feel like it, book the first flight to the US and go and visit GT for yourself.
