A guy with a lot of passion
How did you first become involved in free running?
I have been a gymnast for over 12 years and started get bored with people saying: ”what you do, this ain't gymnastic," so I took my skills and just started to have fun outside. I had no idea it had a name back then.
Who are your influences in parkour?
Kids around Sweden. Also adults, because I am now speaking at schools about how parkour changed my way of life.
How long have you been practising parkour?
About five years
What's your favourite/most memorable place for free running?
New Zealand, no question about it. The nature over there is just so sick!
Do you have a signature move or unique ability that we should look out for at Red Bull Art of Motion in London?
If I were competing and not judging, I would say full twist wipp wipp

Pause, breath and just do it
