Best Day
There are many moments that have been great for me but the best I would have to say is winning the Champions League with Barcelona in 2006. Being the best team in Europe is I think the biggest prize in the whole of world football. It is the most important trophy to win. Celebrating with the team was amazing, but I think it was only afterwards that I realised how important it was.

Worst Day
The worst day for all footballers is when you have a bad injury meaning you cannot play football, the thing you love to do. When I injured my knee in 2009 I was out for six or seven months and that meant I missed Barcelona’s treble win. The hardest part about an injury is the mental aspect and not knowing if you will ever be able to come back and play the way you used to. I have been lucky.
