Our two boys ended the final hour of free practice for the Chinese Grand Prix in fourteenth and sixteenth places, the Swiss driver ahead of the Spaniard. Sebastian Vettel was fastest again for Red Bull Racing, followed by the McLaren duo of Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton. Nico Rosberg is next up for Mercedes, while Fernando Alonso popped in a quickie right at the end to slot into fifth above his Ferrari team-mate Felipe Massa. In a few hours, it’s time for qualifying which looks like taking place in equally cold and dry conditions.
