Anticipation is running high as the first four Red Bull Thre3style World Finalists begin to prepare themselves for tonight's battle.
It's an intercontental battle as India takes on South Africa, Argentina and Spain for what is sure to be an unforgettable evening.
SPAIN: D. Beam
It's D. Beam's first time to the USA, and he's excited about winning over a new audience. He says: 'I would say that the American audience has a deep knowledge about the DJ scene. I think it will be difficult to surprise them but I’ll do my best!'
INDIA: DJ Skip
Back home, he's part of a DJ collective, but Indian finalist DJ Skip is flying solo in Chi-town. He says: 'I've been watching all the competitors and it's going to be really tough, But I'll try to show the US crowd how to party... INDIAN STYLE!'
ARGENTINA: Hernan Paredes
Self-confessed film buff Hernan Paredes has been DJing for 20 years! His aim tonight is clear: 'My goal is to provide the audience with a show which will be eye-catching, innovative and ground-breaking.'
This DJ clearly has a head for heights - he reckons his secret weapon is the 'Helicopter scratch'... and a large dose of South African swag. He's just as excited about Chicago's architecture as he is taking on the globe's best party starters during World Finals week.
After the winner of tonight's heat is announced, there'll be more expert mixing and pounding beats when Drop The Lime, Nadastrom and Team Bayside High get behind the decks.
