Five-time PKRA kiteboarding world champion Aaron Hadlow finally saw his dominance of the world scene broken in 2009 but he remains one of the most innovative and fearless competitors in the sport.
Which is why he’s been shortlisted by International KSurf magazine for their Kitesurfer of the Year Reader Award.
“He continues to push the limits of kitesurfing in his own direction,” said the online kitesurfing magazine. “You only have to watch his videos to see the raw talent Aaron has. Arguably still the best rider on the planet.”
The Briton is up against Ben Wilson, this year's champion Kevin Lanagree, Ruben Lenten and Youri Zoon.
You can vote for Aaron in the latest issue. While you’re at it, you can vote for his friends at Flexifoil for best brand. You can catch up with Aaron on Twitter or his official site.
