What’s the best thing about Slopestyle?
The best thing about Slopestyle is that it separates the great skiers from the good skiers. In Big Air, you can have one really good trick and win every contest. In Slopestyle, it can be up to four jumps, you have to be able to spin both ways and you have to throw down on rails as well.

Do you have any new tricks ready for X Games?
I’ve been injured since April 2009 and now I’m struggling a little bit with my ankle. So, since I haven’t skied for nine months, I can’t say that I do.
Do you have any pre-event rituals or superstitions?
The only thing I do is take a long shower in the morning and go over my run, over and over again, in my head.
What’s the most unusual thing a fan has asked you to do?
Hmmm… a kid once told me that his sister was single and he could hook me up!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
You can do anything, as long as you set your mind to it.

Who’s been your toughest opponent to date?
Nowadays, it doesn’t really seem like there is one single guy who’s on top all the time. On the other hand, there are so many good guys who could take it, so it’s hard to pick one.
