Cyril Despres is off on his travels again this week – this time he heads to Austria for the legendary Erzberg Rodeo and Red Bull Hare Scramble as he reveals in his latest blog.
Hi guys,
After a break of three years I am really looking forward to returning to what has become the biggest extreme enduro in the world, the Erzberg Rodeo. It is the place where I first came to KTM’s attention and that always gives me extra motivation, but with the best will in the world, it is highly unlikely I will be adding a third victory to my tally!
I would like to say that it is a week’s recent illness that has pushed me out of contention, but with at least 15 very talented ex-trials riders in with a chance, and my friend Taddy Blazusiak looking for a fourth win in a row, I will be more than happy to get into the Top 5! Have a good weekend.
