Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa on the podium Red Bull

There was another podium finish for Dani Pedrosa at his home MotoGP in Aragon, Spain and another 1-2 for the Repsol Honda team, as Casey Stoner took the win. Read Dani's thoughts on the race in his latest blog....

Hola a todos,

The Aragon Grand Prix has become special for me. First, because I went to the podium again and also because the team got his 100th win and the atmosphere created by the fans was great. From the beginning we saw that Casey [Stoner] had better pace in the first sector and we knew it would be difficult to follow throughout the race.

The important thing is that we have achieved three podiums in a row and we are getting closer to the win. The bike is working well and that helps us continue to improve in the face of the struggle for victory. The atmosphere throughout the weekend has been spectacular at the circuit. The fans were 100 percent with us.

'The important thing is that we have achieved three podiums in a row'

The truth is that it's almost unthinkable, after the problems I've had with injury this season, to be fighting to be among the top three in the championship. We will have to work hard if we are to beat Dovi [Andrea Dovizioso], who has had a fantastic season.

This weekend was also very special because of the 100th win for the team. We must congratulate all the people who work with us and make it possible every weekend for us to go up to the bike and do what we like.

Now we take a bit of a break and I'll keep working hard to reach Japan in the best possible shape. Next week we look at the Motegi circuit and I'll let you know how it went.

Un saludo,

Dani
