- About
- Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps circuit is one of the most historic places in racing history with the first races dating back to 1924. When Formula 1 left Spa in 1970, the track was more than 14 kilometres long, and was cut to 7 kilometres when it returned to the calendar in 1983. Most of it's magic was preserved and the legendary Eau Rouge remained as one of Formula 1's most challenging corners for drivers from Juan Manuel Fango to Michael Schumacher. The german will try for his seventh victory in Belgium, since his return to the Ferrari cockpit this summer.
