The 2010–11 FIS Snowboard World Cup is finally upon us. Sponsored by LG, it is one of, if not the, biggest winter sports competitions in the world. The multi-race tournament will take place across some 20 cities, in more than 15 countries across the globe and the season spans from 11th September 2010 to 27th March 2011. Broadcasters in over 80 countries will cover this unique clash which consists of three key events; he parallel slalom, snowboard cross, and the halfpipe. One of the main highlights of the men's section of the World Cup season are the Big Air events that occur is the very heart of some the world's most prestigious cities including London, Seoul, Stockholm, Barcelona and Quebec. Competitors will fly off a specially constructed large ramp, similar to a ski slope while performing aerial tricks in their plight for glory.

Spending some time in Limone Piemonte signifies having a really unique experience. Limone has gentle, breathtaking slopes which are perfectly situated amongst wonderful alpine scenery. It is on this unique geographic horizon, made up of mountains, seas and hills, that this international skiing resort was born.

Now, after a restyling operation that has completely changed the face of Limone, it is again ready to come back on the scene and compete with the most important skiing resorts in the alpine arc. 80 km of slopes, 15 ski-lifts, including one cable car and eleven chair lifts will host the best race boarders on the panet in their quest for Alpine glory.
