The contrast between urban Davos and quieter Klosters, which has retained its village character, is unique and could hardly be greater. The 157km of prepared winter-walking paths offer an invitation to explore the countryside, a snowshoe trek or a horse-drawn sleigh ride through a winter-white landscape, you'll feel as though time has stood still.

The longer you stay, the less you'll want to leave. On the one hand this is down to our unsurpassed surroundings and on the other to our endless possibilities. Discover the captivating charm of the Sertig, Dischma and Monbiel side valleys and enjoy a natural world far from any hustle and bustle. On one of the many winter-walking trails, a snowshoe trek or a horse-drawn sleigh ride through a winter-white landscape, where you'll feel as though time has stood still. The Davos Nordic Cross-Country stadium is situated centrally in Davos Dorf, within walking distance of hotels, restaurants and public transport. The well-prepared skiing tracks start from Bünda and reach far into the Flüela side valley. The capacity of the stadium is about 5,000 spectators with roughly another 3,000 able to follow the competition from the tracks. The entrance to the stadium and the tracks is free for all! Follow the race on the ‘Big Screen' and enjoy the very nice atmosphere having a Raclette or other specialties at the Nordic Lounge. The venue also boasts the amazing record of having never, ever, in its entire history, had to cancel an International Cross Country event due to lack of snow.
