After inclement weather conditions stalled the official opening a week ago, the state-of-the-art, new Red Bull Arena prepares to throw open its doors for the first time. Fans of the New York Red Bulls will get the opportunity to sample the atmosphere of the 25,000 all-seater, European style stadium when their side take on Brazilian outfit Santos in an inaugural friendly. All eyes will be on Brazilian international star Robinho, currently on loan from English Premiere League club Manchester City. The Red Bulls will be hoping to build on last season's dismal run of form which saw them finish last in the MLS Eastern Standings.
