About: Discover how one man's dirt is another man's treasure as Red Bull Stomping Ground transforms an abandoned Chicago construction site into the ultimate BMX playground. Thousands of dirt-hungry spectators will be on-hand to witness the tricks of the trails as they meet an urban hardcore landscape, with riders from all over the world trying to prove who has the best skills. The site, on the corner of Elston and Augusta, in very heart of Chicago city centre will morph into a one-of-a-kind BMX field of dreams. The course is designed by legend of the sport Fuzzy Hall, he's mixed dirt jumps with items actually found on the site tochallenge the riders in a truly urban setting. Unlike other contests who have only a few days to construct a course, Red Bull Stomping Ground has given Hall over 3 weeks to run wild with his imagination. He's promising "turns, twists, hips, tons of options and just fun." This dirt competition will push the boundaries of what is currently possible on a BMX course. Confirmed riders include: Corey Bohan, Anthony Napolitan, Ryan Nyquist, TJ Ellis, Mike "Hucker" Clark, Ryan Guettler and Cam White.
