Rules

Each Chariot must have 2 wheels and a strut. All materials will be supplied by the schools.

 Teams consist of 3 students and must have all 3 students riding or pulling the craft however one student me be designated as the 'pilot'

No prefabricated chariots

No sharp corners, edges or spikes anywhere on the chariot

No engines or external energy sources to power movement

No launching from your craft (intentionally) or launching any items from it

No fire

No pyro (firecrackers/torches/etc)

No smoke of any kind

Drivers must be 18 years old at least

Craft has to make it through the course to be considered in the competition

Helmets must be worn by all 3 teammates during launch

And lo, at academic forums, teams of three gladiators in their finest togas shall endevour to attain eternal glory. Great modern minds will design and build their chariots, race them up and down the streets, creating a party that honours the gods of Mount Olympus.

STRUT, SWEAT, SPEED AND STYLE

Teams will dutifully represent their squad of gods using creativity, Greek spirit and craftsmanship - all while rocking a toga, of course. The event is free and open to all spectators, if a toga can stay on during a race like this one, then it will stay on for the celebratory Toga After-Party.
