It's the closest WRC in the competition's history as five-times champion Sébastien Loeb heads to Wales trailing Finland's Mikko Hirvonen by a single point. Whoever finishes first, takes the glory. Whatever happens, they'll be doing it against the backdrop of beautiful Welsh forests and the barren, foggy valleys of the Army training ground at Sennybridge. The gravel roads should suit Loeb's style but if it's wet – and it often is – then the conditions will turn slippery, which should please Hirvonen, which means the championship could be decided by the one taking the best pace notes.
