About this Image: Max started riding when his grandfather bought him a Yamaha PW50 for his fifth birthday. “I really enjoyed riding it and had a lot of fun. After a few weeks, we saw that there was pocket bike training at the Sachsenring and decided to go there,” he says. “I had the chance to ride this bike and after a short while I really liked it – I still do!” Max’s heroes are Marc Márquez and Casey Stoner, and his ambition is to emulate their achievements and be a world champion. Last season, he took part in the Platz Campionato Mediterraneo de Velocidad and Platz Campionat de Catalunya de Velocidad on a Metrakit 125 PreGP. Away from the race bike, he enjoys soccer, skiing and snowboarding, and wakeboarding in the summer.
