- About this Image
- Benjamin Karl made it an incredible five straight wins in the FIS Snowboarding World Cup at Stoneham in Quebec, also his fourth consecutive victory in the Canadian resort. Karl now leads the chase for the Crystal Globe from Andreas Prommegger and will break all previous records if he scores a sixth win in a row next time out. And all this despite an injury: "In the quarter-finals, my right knee got hit by a stubby," Karl said. "It hurts like hell right now but during the race it was all fine."
