From 2 to 4 Strokes

Having started riding at the tender age of two, FMX changed Jeremy’s life forever aged 16 when he joined the notorious Metal Mulisha crew. After an almost-fatal crash in 2006, “Twitch” demonstrated what the word comeback really means with a third place at the 2007 X-Games. His mad bike skills brought him more victories in 2007 and he was on a mission to win the Red Bull X-Fighters Tour 2008, a goal he was ultimately denied because of an injury he suffered at the third event of the Tour.

Unlike most of the other riders, Stenberg rode the event in Madrid 2012 on a 450, a standard race machine weighing in almost 10kg heavier that most of the other riders’ bikes and powered by four-stroke rather than the usual two-stroke engine. After a frustrating 2009 and 2010, “Twitch” produced a pure free ride video with Jay Schweitzer, taking a break from FMX competitions as from X-Games in 2011 and 2012. Let´s see, if the Temecula resident will come back for battle or focus on other opportunities like racing the Lucas-Oil Truck Championships on 4 wheels.
