Juan describes himself as, “A skater that learned how to skate 9 years ago. I have a punk band for six years now so my life is all about Skatepunk.” Juan Pablo started skateboarding with some friends in Santa Cruz City despite getting kicked out of many places in the city. With no skate parks they were still able to find the way to practice and improve their skills to the point where Juan has now won his 2nd Manny Mania qualifier and his heading back to Manhattan again. Forever humble, he says, “I don't know how I have won again. It will be amazing to be part of the International Final for a second year, NYC is amazing.”
