Why have you chosen to compete in Red Bull Crashed Ice?
Because it gives me a rush of adrenaline and it’s a hard challenge
Where and when have you competed before?
Davos 2008, Lausanne 2009, Munich 2010, Quebec 2010 and in all four races in the 2011 World Championship
What is your best result/favourite memory?
Third place in Moscow in 2011. The best memories are the big parties.
What do you need to have to be successful?
I have to stay calm and focused.
How will you be preparing for this year’s World Championship?
Training for stamina, using the trampoline for balance and spending lots of time on the ice by playing hockey and skiing
Which event are you most looking forward to and why?
I’m looking forward to Quebec because of the sick track.
Is there anyone you would particularly like to beat?
Everyone!
What is your favourite sport and why?
Freeride skiing, because it’s beautiful and romantic
