Konstantinos Mavridis started skating when he was just a small child at the age of 11, “All I remember was the older skaters trying to teach us the secrets of skating, taking care of us. I enjoy the feeling of freedom and the great moments with the rest of the guys.” All his years of dedication finally paid off when he won the Greece Manny Mania qualifier and earned himself a trip to Manhattan. It’s his first time to NYC and he’s looking forward to skating some of the legendary spots he’s only seen in videos and magazines.
