- The Red Bull Stratos team convened a special news conference on Wednesday to announce a brand new launch date for Felix Baumgartner's audacious jump from the edge of space. US Air Force Colonel Joe Kittinger, whose 52-year-old record stands to be beaten by Felix's 120,000ft freefall, joined the team's meteorologist Don Day and Red Bull Stratos Project Director Art Thompson to reveal that they're giving it another go on Sunday.
