RED BULL X-FIGHTERS LONDON GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND FAQs
By completing the purchase of your Red Bull X-Fighters (“RBXF”) tickets and/or using such a ticket to enter the RBXF event (the “Event”) you demonstrate your agreement to the following terms and conditions with Red Bull Company Limited (the “Event Organiser”). Any person who is in breach of these terms and conditions may be removed from the Event without right to refund, compensation or re-admission.Cancellation Policy
The Event Organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the Event including, but not limited to times, dates, programmes and places, due to unforeseen circumstances including, without limitation, force majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from any competent authority.
Due to the nature of the Event and the high level of Health & Safety requirements involved the Event, Organiser draws your attention to the Event Organiser’s contingency plans and cancellation policy.
You agree that:
(i) Should bad weather, or any other reason, prevent the Event from going ahead on Friday 13th August, the Event will be cancelled. You will be refunded the price of the ticket and the per ticket booking fee but not any transaction fee. Refunds can only be made to the card which made the original payment. If for any reason the Event commences but is prevented from continuing after 21:30hrs on 13th August, no refund will be given. Subject to availablility, if the Event is cancelled on Friday 13th August the Event Organiser may provide you with the option to upgrade your Friday ticket to a Saturday 15th August ticket. If you accept an offer from Red Bull to upgrade your ticket and the Event goes ahead on Saturday 14th August, no refund will be given. If for any reason the Event commences but is prevented from continuing after 21:30hrs on 13th August, no refund will be given. Subject to availablility, if the Event is cancelled on Friday 13th August the Event Organiser may provide you with the option to upgrade your Friday ticket to a Saturday 15th August ticket. If you accept an offer from Red Bull to upgrade your ticket and the Event goes ahead on Saturday 14th August, no refund will be given.
(ii) Should bad weather, or any other reason, prevent the Event from going ahead on Saturday 14th August, Event Organiser shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Event will take place on Sunday 15th August on a similar schedule, if circumstances permit. All tickets for the Event will remain valid for Sunday 15th August. Refunds will be given if the Event does not go ahead on Saturday 14th August but subsequently goes ahead on Sunday 15th August and you are unable to attend on Sunday 15th August. You will be refunded the price of the ticket and the per ticket booking fee but not any transaction fee. Refunds can only be made to the card which made the original payment. If for any reason the Event commences but is prevented from continuing after 21:30hrs on 14th August, no refund will be given.
(iii) Should bad weather, or any other reason, prevent the Event from going ahead on the contingency date of Sunday 15th August, the Event will be cancelled. You will be refunded the price of the ticket and the per ticket booking fee but not any transaction fee. Refunds can only be made to the card which made the original payment. If for any reason the Event commences but is prevented from continuing after 21:30hrs on 15th August, no refund will be given.
Event Organiser will be constantly monitoring the situation and request that you and each ticket holder checks the website www.redbullxfighters.com before you start your journey to the Event. Updates on the Event status will be posted regularly.
Permitted Use of Tickets
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the Event is cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy above.
By purchasing a ticket you and each ticket holder agree that the tickets are for your personal use only and will not be resold or transferred. In the event of any resale or attempt to resell the tickets via an auction site or any other means, the Event Organiser will identify the ticket immediately and invalidate it. The Event Organiser cannot be held responsible for any losses associated with tickets purchased via an auction site or through any other medium that provides resold, duplicated or invalid tickets.
Disclaimers
All tickets for the Event shall be purchased through the Ticketmaster website (www.ticketmaster.co.uk) and the Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions shall apply to all purchases. You must agree to The Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions before purchasing tickets. The Event Organiser disclaims any and all liability to you in relation to your use of the Ticketmaster website.
It is your and any other ticket holder’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the details on your ticket; mistakes cannot always be rectified. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place as the Event Organiser cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen (and replacement tickets cannot under any circumstances be issued).
The Event Organiser shall only accept responsibility for personal injury or death where this has been directly caused by its negligence. Event Organiser excludes, to the greatest extent permissible at law, any and all liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased. The Event Organiser excludes all liability for any indirect or consequential losses arising howsoever.
At the Event
Entry to the Event is strictly subject to: (i) the possession of a valid ticket; and (ii) your consent to an inspection of personal belongings, bags, body checks etc.
Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to you and any other ticket holder who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance or for any other reason where in the Event Organiser’s sole opinion that individual may affect the safety of the Event or anyone else attending the Event.
You and any other ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the Event. Any breach of any of these terms and conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the Event Organiser to immediately eject you from the Event. In particular (but without limitation):
(i) No alcohol, food or soft drinks are allowed to be brought into the Event.
(ii) For safety reasons the following items are prohibited at the Event; glass of any sort, drugs, laser pens and laser key rings.
(iii) You are strictly prohibited from possessing or holding promotional and/or commercial objects and materials or goods with intent to sell and/or promote such items at the Event.
Any person found in possession of such items will be evicted and the items may be removed or temporarily confiscated by the Event Organiser.
Filming / Photography
You and all ticket holders acknowledge that the Event Organiser will film and photograph the Event and you and all other ticket holder expressly and irrevocably give consent to the Event Organiser (and to any third party designated by the Event Organiser) to record, use and forward to third parties any images, recordings of your voice and any likeness of you and any other ticket holder. You hereby irrevocably assign to the Event Organiser the entire copyright in any footage and/or photographs of the Event in perpetuity and grant to the Event Organiser all rights and consents necessary to enable the Event Organiser or its authorised third parties to make the fullest use footage and/or photographs (be it commercial, promotional or otherwise) recorded at the event by any and all means in any and all media, without further liability or acknowledgement to you.
You may make recordings (such as sound or video) at the Event but you agree that use of any such material is for private purposes only and must not be distributed or exploited in any other manner.
Trademarks
The Event Organiser’s logos as well as the Event logos and design found on this site are registered trademarks of The Event Organiser. The Event Organiser’s trademarks may not be used without the written permission of The Event Organiser and Event Organiser reserves all its rights in respect of such logos, designs and trademarks.
All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If the Event commences on Saturday 14th August but is prevented from continuing at any time before 21.30hrs, you will be entitled to receive a refund in respect of the show element of the Event (£65, being the price of a premium grandstand ticket) but not for the hospitality element. On request, you will be refunded £65 and the per ticket booking fee but not any transaction fee. Refunds can only be made to the card which made the original payment. If for any reason the Event commences but is prevented from continuing after 21:30hrs on 14th August, the Event will not be rescheduled for Sunday 15th August and no refund will be given.
