A lover of sport and nature Fernanda Maciel is one of the most renowned ultramarathon athletes in the world today.
The sport has always been present in Fernanda's life from the age of eight. At 23, she began to participate in international 600km 'non stop' adventure racing.
Over the years, she progressed in each facet of adventure racing (kayak, MTB, trail running), multi-sports (snowboarding, MTB, downhill, speed, trail running), triathlon and marathons over mountains to become a great endurance athlete.
Today, Fernanda's achievements include being the first woman to run the Camino de Santiago Compostela (860km in 10 days) and was second on the Ultra Trail Mount Fuji (169km).
