Iñaki ‘Iki’ Mazza was always restless when he was a kid. Since he was three years old, he and his older brother Tomás have ridden the streets of his home town, Río Grande, in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina.
He's always been surrounded by bike chains, wheels, handlebars and bike parks, so riding is pretty much in his DNA. Iñaki's first bike was put together by his friends and brother, from parts and a generic frame that had been lying around. As soon as Iñaki was in the saddle, all eyes were on him at every bike park he visited.
“This little guy is not scared of anything," says his mother, Candela. As there are a few bike parks in the city, Iñaki travels long distances to get together with friends to go for a ride, try out new tricks, and invent new challenges. Not having the right elements or dirts or quarters necessary to practise doesn't worry him though – he just gets a shovel, some dirt, and gets down to having fun.
Iñaki is also very passionate about the web and video editing. He records his sessions himself and shares his tricks online for everybody to see.Read more
