Hi, my name is Francisco Zurita. My discipline is BMX vert/mega ramp. My friends call me Coco. I was born on 15 April 1984 in Santiago, Chile. My special talent is photography. My favourite food is burritos. My favourite music is 1970s rock and electronica.

Originally from Santiago, Chile, Francisco Zurita, aka Coco, moved to the United States in 2003 to progress his pro career. Since then Coco has become one of the top Vert/Mega ramp riders in the world. He is the first rider in the world to land a triple tail-whip and has competed in more than seven X Games.

With his fresh style and carefree attitude, Coco has shaken up the scene. Along the way, he’s also picked up some impressive accolades, including a third-place podium finish at the BMX Worlds in 2009 and a Rider of the Year award at the Dew Tour in 2010, a competition he regularly rides throughout the US summer months. And in 2013, Coco won his first X Games medal – a silver – in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, and he continues to rock the X Games in true Coco style.

Coco resides in California and is a permanent resident at Woodward Camp West skatepark, where he can be found practising on the Mega Ramp. When he’s not in the saddle or delivering sky-high airs, Coco might be found pursuing his other passions – big cars, and photography.
