Catch up on the events from the Châtel round of the iXS European Downhill Cup with action from Sunday's final runs in our video player above.

British rider Brendan Fairclough (Scott11) won the men’s competition while France’s Floriane Pugin (Scott11) was the fastest in the women's category.

Fairclough was stoked to win Châtel and took to his Twitter feed to say that it had been a great day in France.

Wobbled down in to the top spot. Good to get a result before Norway next week. Tight racing.

Australia's Joshua Button (SC-Intense) finished second in the men’s competition with Frenchman Florent Payet (SC-Intense) in third.

Britain’s Tahnée Seagrave (FMD Racing) was second to Pugin on the women’s run with Zarja Cernilogar (Crn trn GT) finishing third.

A top eight classification of the final run times from the men's and women's European Downhill Cup at Châtel can be found on our iXS EDC Châtel event page.
