This new instalment of the Atherton Diaries sees Gee and Rachel Atherton preparing for the opening round of the World Cup in Lourdes.

The Athertons head out to Lousã in Portugal to test the limits of their Fox suspension along with other members of the Trek Factory Racing crew. The dusty trails are no match for the team and they're able to put in some mega laps.

After a pitstop in the Dyfi Valley to enjoy riding in the Welsh sunshine, the team make their way to Lourdes for the first round of the World Cup. With ice still on the start hill, storms threatening the runs, and junior rider Kade Edwards' first ever World Cup, there's plenty of tension brewing.

If you missed the first round of the World Cup in Lourdes, catch the replay here or on Red Bull TV.
