Last year we showed you how a TV personality transformed himself into Assassins’ Creed’s own Ezio Auditore thanks to the work of the Red Bull Shape Shifters team in Turkey, giving the best cosplayers at events like PAX, Blizzcon and The International a run for their money.
It’s been a few months, but the Shape Shifters haven’t hung up their hidden blades. Far from it: they’ve been hard at work bringing to life more of your favourite characters from some of 2014’s biggest titles and beyond. Red from Transistor
Transistor was in the running for the Red Bull reader voted game of 2014, so it’s no surprise to see Supergiant’s elegant action game, and its star Red getting the Shape Shifters treatment. In the video above, prolific cosplayer Ceyda Doğan gets an futuristic-art-deco makeover and grabs the eponymous Transistor sword before stepping in front of the camera.
Sylvanus Windrunner from World of Warcraft
Cosplayer Melodi Kızılgün has dressed up as an assassin before, and even Devil May Cry’s Lady, but her transformation into the undead Ranger-General of Blizzard’s World of Warcraft is arguably her most impressive achievement yet. Dragonblade Riven, League of Legends
This time, photographer Mehmet Turgut and the Shape Shifters team turn Cey into a League of Legends champion, Riven. And not just any old Riven either, but the most badass version, rocking the Dragonblade skin.
