"Each time I ride, it's explosive," exclaims Enduro pro Bar Nov. He first got on a bike at the age of 14 and soon become one of the sport's brightest prospects.
Nov trains hard, both on the bike and in the gym, as he believes that physical fitness is hugely important in his chosen sport. He trains with his mentor, Matan Nir, twice a week and works out in the gym for the other five days. “It is important to work out and train concurrently,” he says. This is a good philosophy, as most endurance races last for 2-3 hours and are extremely intensive.
