It may be one of the world’s oldest rallies, but Rally Poland has only graced the WRC schedule sporadically. But it's back now and a seemingly permanent fixture on the calendar again.

The rally is a sprint from start to finish as the cars race over sun-baked stages. Sébastien Ogier dominated the rally in 2014 and then won a much tighter 2015 event at the head of a VW 1–2–3. In 2016 the other big names fell away as Andreas Mikkelsen took victory to deny Ott Tänak his maiden World Rally Championship win.
