Ride along with Red Bull X-Fighters in Pretoria

Watch Ronnie Renner explaining the track of the next stop of 2015’s Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour.
By Tim Sturtridge

After a sold-out South African success story last year, Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour returns to the Rainbow Nation’s political heartland. We’re expecting many of last year’s 22,000 capacity crowd that packed the arena in the shadow of the Union Buildings to return and bring with them yet more FMX converts. If you can’t make it along yourself be sure to catch our live broadcast right here.

The animation in the above clip offers an aerial as well as a rider’s view of the nine jumps and kickers that will help launch the action on September 12 in Pretoria. There’s been a few modifications to the course in the past 12 months, but it remains a track that suits a larger-than-life riding style. The rewards for going big were evident last year as reigning World Tour champion Josh Sheehan demonstrated by nailing a massive double-backflip on his way to winning in South Africa.
