This ultra-light-weight sports car is produced by Austrian motorcycle manufacturers KTM, a company that has manufactured winning motorbikes for MotoGP, Motocross and Hard Enduro.
Weighing just 790 kilograms and producing 300 horsepower, the KTM X-Bow can accelerate from 0-100kph in under four seconds.
Red Bull Racing Australia Holden VF Commodore
A 5.0 litre V8 engines powers the 1400kg Holden helping it produce up to 650bhp.
Red Bull Racing Chevrolet Stock Car Brasil
Chevrolet powered Cacá Bueno’s Red Bull Racing Stock Car to the 2012 championship and Daniel Serra’s three race victories in 2013.
Similar to V8 Supercars, Stock Car Brasil uses V8 engines, which produce 500bhp.
Volkswagen Polo R WRC
The Polo R WRC took Volkswagen to both WRC titles on their return to the sport. The car helped Sébastien Ogier to his first world title, which included nine victories, while Volkswagen themselves dominated the Manufacturers’ Championship.
The car has a custom-built 1.6 litre turbocharged Volkswagen engine and weighs just 1200kg.
Infiniti Red Bull Racing RB9
Sebastian Vettel nicknamed the RB9 “Hungry Heidi,” and it was certainly hungry for victories, taking an astonishing 13 wins in a single Formula One season. The RB9 also took Vettel and Infiniti Red Bull Racing to their fourth consecutive titles in a record-breaking 2013 season.
The 2.4 litre Renault RS27 engine was the last of the V8 era, producing over 750bhp for a car that weighs just 650kg.
