Hi, my name is Ryo Sejiri. My discipline is skateboard street. I was born on 11 December 1996 in Nerima, Tokyo. My special talent is tech deck collecting. My philosophy of life is by taking things one step at a time, some day your dream will come true. My favourite food is Sushi.

Ryo is one of the first generation of Japanese skaters to make an impact in the wider world.

His crisp technique and can- do attitude saw him win the All Japan Skateboard Association (AJSA) a couple of times, and he now has a list of sponsors as long as your arm.

Having scored a flight to the US off the back of some event success, he had the chance to link up with some of the better- established names on the international scene and gauge where his talent and future lie in relation to skating in the big leagues.

Back home in Nerima City, Tokyo – the birthplace of anime – Ryo continues to balance school life with skating as he follows his dream of one day taking the top spot at Tampa Pro.
