2011 was Sewa’s breakout year. After making short work of the competition at Manny Mania 5 in NYC he left no doubt about his right to claim the top spot at the celebrated contest. "Mannies are great because you can endlessly combine tricks and it’s the best contest there is!” he explained. His feats in the amateur contest saw him earn a spot amongst the pros, and his insanely difficult and technical tricks ultimately earned him a hugely successful second place spot behind manny legend Joey Brezinski.
After skating for well over a decade, in 2014 Sewa broke into the pro ranks with a debut model for Blind Skateboards, and a year later won Battle at the Berrics 8, taking the flatland crown against all comers!Read more
