Gavin 'Moses' Adams first started skating when his brother gave him a board at the mere age of nine, and he hasn't stopped since!
Moses has worked his way up from local competitions to competing in the Damn Am Skateboard Competition in Los Angeles. In 2011, he stamped his real mark on the South African skate scene by claiming the Manny Mania title, earning him the right to represent his country at the World Finals in New York.
In 2012 the Capetonian did it again! He showed the world his diverse range of technical tricks (all pulled with a distinctively smooth, laid-back style) to finish ninth in New York. In 2013 he took a step back from the contest scene to work on video parts, something he's been focusing on for the time being.
Moses hasn't completely dropped competitions though… with a third-in-a-row win at Red Bull Unlocked under his belt in 2015 and a spot in the SLS Barcelona stop, as well as a mini-tour in SoCal chilling with the likes of Manny Santiago, Paul Rodriguez and Lil' Wayne, Moses has been busy mixing it up and taking his game to the next level.
