Pedal like a pro in our 360 degree slopestyle run

Put on your VR set and make sure there are no obstacles around you – this ride gets aerial.

Let's be honest, riding the legendary Red Bull Joyride slopestyle course in Whistler takes a couple of prerequisites – a modicum of skill and some large cojones. But while courage is open to anyone, there's no getting around the amount of time it takes to do what these guys are able to do on a bike.

But thanks to VR you can watch this unique 360 degree ride in the player above.

The 360 degree video was produced by Anthill Films and IM360 and follows athletes Ryan 'R Dog' Howard, Justin Wyper and Dustin Gilding as they ride the legendary track, part of Crankworx's Triple Crown of slopestyle events.

It offers a unique rider's perspective – if they were able to swivel their head around 360 degrees. In that regard, it's even better than what they get to see. Look around, face forwards or if that's too much, turn around and look behind you. Whatever – it's a visual feast.
