'Mad' Mike Whiddett is the New Zealand drift king. He's a guy who really knows how to burn rubber round a corner. For his RADBUL project, the driver converted a Mazda MX-5 to take a 1000bhp engine (five times more powerful than what the convertible normally takes). And he then let rip on a wild ride around Highlands Motorsport Park in Cromwell, New Zealand.
The best part? You get to ride shotgun without the need to hold on for dear life – or have a bucket to hand.

"I'm so pumped to have been able to bring our RADBUL Mazda MX-5 back home to New Zealand to execute this clip on New Zealand's premier race circuit, after such a solid development year with the car in USA,” Whiddett told RedBull.com.
