Don't miss these early season Hawaii highlights

Leo Fioravanti, Jordy Smith and Jamie O'Brien dominate the first weeks of winter on the North Shore.

As it always seems by late December, the copious amount of action coming from the North Shore has blurred into one, big, blue spitting tube or windswept ramp. Well, let's clear your head – starting with this early season edit from filmer Jacob Vanderwork.
From the beginning of this North Shore season it would have been difficult not to notice Jordy Smith, Leo Fioravanti or Jamie O'Brien dominating the Pipe, Backdoor and Off-the-Wall scenes. But, as you'll see in this edit, there are scores of other pros out there, making their marks – guys like Balaram Stack, Diego Santos, and Kiron Jabour.
And even though the major contests are now over (congrats Michel and Kanoa!), the mind-blowing action must – and will – go on. Keep a close watch... we've got much more in the pipeline (no pun intended).
