Enjoy the breathtaking view from the Matterhorn with this unique and award-winning VR climbing experience. Thanks to modern tracking technology, VR glasses, wind simulations and authentic soundscape, reality, and simulation merge into a unique adventure – a feeling of happiness that otherwise only mountaineers know.

During the 3-year development period of this project, athletes, mountain guides, climber, engineers, and motion capture specialists worked closely together. This year, the experience is one of the finalists at the VR Awards 2022. On December 1, 2022, the jury will decide upon the TOP 10 “VR-Arcade-Experiences” and award the prestigious prize in Rotterdam. In 2021, the experience Red Bull The Edge – Matterhorn VR already received the Auggie Award for “Best in Location-Based Entertainment”.
