Red Bull Kluge is an athlete-powered logic machine featuring some of the best talent in the Red Bull stable including Lolo Jones, Robbie Maddison and Ryan Sheckler, and representing the bike side of things are Danny MacAskill and Drew Bezanson.

Imagine a human machine, powered by athletes working in perfect harmony, each section uniquely put together using each of their formidable talents to move them onto the next stage.

Kluge is a German word which means ‘a witty yet inelegant solution that succeeds in performing a particular task’ and the Athlete Machine does just that as the select group of athletes crack the puzzle get to the finish.

Skydiver Sean MacCormac kicks off things as he falls backwards out of a plane and hits a target on the ground that sets the machine in motion kicking off skater Joey Brezinski and golfer Rickie Fowler.

Rickie hits hole in one and the ball hits a series of triggers which gets Danny MacAskill going as he then tackles a series of obstacles and the next stage belongs to skater Ryan Sheckler. It’s then down to Drew Bezanson to get to grips with two massive halfpipes and nail a target that then sets racing driver Bryce Menzies into action.

Check out the video above to see how the story ends in this amazing clip put together by Red Bull athletes and the epic Syyn Labs who “fuse the world of technology and interactive sciences with artistic mediums to design and create visually dynamic spectacles”.

Awesome!
