Hollywood Premiere of On Any Sunday

Video from the Hollywood premiere of On Sunday: The Next Chapter.

Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles. Hundreds of people aimlessly marching the sidewalk, while the honks and buzzes of cars fill the streets. But on this day, a distant purr becomes a nigh roar, as hundreds of motorcycles descend on the popular tourist street, for it is the day of the premiere of 'On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter'. To celebrate the event, Red Bull Media House took over an entire block in front of the Dolby Theater, and if you weren’t on two wheels, you were not getting through.

The entire theater took the opportunity to stand up and show their appreciation when Bruce took the stage prior to the screening of the film. His is a legacy that has transcended generations – even young motocross kids today love On Any Sunday. Obviously for Bruce, passing the torch to his son, Dana Brown, for the film’s reboot in the modern era was a profound experience, and the audience of the Dolby Theater listened with vigor as Bruce and Dana spoke about the film on stage.

Just before the lights dimmed, Dana brought the entire crew of On Any Sunday, along with some of the stars like FMX legend Robbie Maddison and famed motorcycle designer, Roland Sands. The production efforts behind On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter have brought the world of motorcycle films to new heights, and no better family to bring it there than the Browns.

As far as the film, it's something you must see for yourself. Once again, the mission was to tackle the visceral experience that complements riding a motorcycle; the inherent freedom of sitting on a hunk of metal with two wheels and a motor. Bruce did it in 1971, and now in 2014, with some serious production value, Dana Brown and Red Bull Media House set out to do the same.
Catch On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter in theaters November 7.
