Three hundred runners tackled the famous Planica ski jump in Slovenia, running 400m uphill to claim the Red Bull Planica 400 title, with men and women competing as we can see from the above image.

The course in Planica is 400 metres long, with a 200 metre ascent, and it's so steep that more than half of the course needs to be run on all fours.

The winners are..

Last year’s men's winner and multiple European mountain running champion Ahmet Arslan led from the start, and it was not until 20 metres before the finish line when he started to slow down. The Slovene Simon Alič took advantage to grab the victory.
