Pat Casey: 2013 Red Bull Dreamline Dirt Champ

One of the best BMX dirt events ever went down today, with young Casey blasting his way to the top.

Red Bull Dreamline made its triumphant return in 2013 -- the plan was always to make it bigger and better, but no one could have predicted the impact the event would have on the riders. An amazing and inspiring vibe throughout the event pushed the competitors on some of the biggest jumps they'd ever hit, and the results were incredible (see the highlights in the video above).

Pat Casey, well known for blasting huge airs and multi-stage variations on ramps, came to Angel Fire, New Mexico, as an alternate and left as a champion. The 19-year-old took many of his fellow riders by surprise as he adapted to the course quickly and went to work throwing some of the biggest tricks of the event, like a truckdriver to double tailwhip.
