Known the world over for his mind-blowing trials-riding videos, Danny MacAskill recently made a swing through Los Angeles to promote his latest film, “Epecuén." While in town, the Scottish rider paid a visit to the Playboy Mansion, as many tourists might do, but Danny got a special invite behind the gates...
With the property’s six-plus acres to ride and a scant four hours to both scout and shoot, MacAskill found himself with plenty of land to explore on his bike. Luckily, he had some help from several Playmates, who shared their intimate knowledge of the grounds.
Go behind the scenes of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in the video above, which shows that no matter the terrain or scenery, MacAskill is the world’s finest and most creative trials rider.

Danny was pleasantly surprised to find several set-ups around the property that he could film clips on. "Turned out there's actually quite a lot of riding in the grounds," he says in the video. "It was a real fun place to ride."
He's ridden amazing locations all over the world, but this Beverly Hills landmark may not have been on MacAskill's radar prior to this. "I definitely didn't think I'd see the day that my bike would bring me to the Playboy Mansion," he says. Proof that all that practice really does pay off.
