Here on redbull.com, we’ve already brought you highlight videos from the Erzbergrodeo 2013, a live stream from the event, GoPro footage from Dougie Lampkin and Jonny Walker’s helmets and incredible Phantom Cam footage of the event shot at 1000 frames per second.
Next month, though, we’ll be bringing you something totally unique: a stunning 360° view of a rider battling his way through this year’s Red Bull Hare Scramble.
Austrian rider Dieter Rudolf lined up on the front row for this year’s race wearing a special 360° camera built by Norwegian company Making View attached to his helmet. The Making View team has worked with Red Bull before, using its View360Cam to shoot a mind-boggling video of Sebastien Buemi driving a Red Bull Racing F1 car at Norway’s Rudskogen Motorsenter circuit.
When the video drops next month, you guys will be able to ride on board with Dieter, controlling the camera angle that you want to see and really getting a sense of just why the Red Bull Hare Scramble is the toughest day race on the planet.
Stay tuned to redbull.com to make sure you catch this very special video...
