Arm pump is definitive proof that evil still exists in this world. A debilitating pain that can come after riding moto, arm pump causes the simplest of motions (e.g., holding grips, pulling brake lever) to be incredibly difficult.

That said, there is strength and core training that you can do to prevent arm pump. Follow Robbie Maddison's lead as he trains with the team at the Rockwell Training Facility to muscle up and reduce the dastardly swelling of the forearms.
