'Matangi,' the new album by M.I.A., is due out November 5 through Interscope. We recently heard the Blur-sampling 'Unbreak My Mixtape,' and today M.I.A. has shared a new song called 'Come Walk With Me.' It is the most upbeat song we have ever heard from her.

It starts with spunky guitar scrapes, and gets very bubblegum very quickly. "Can I be your best friend? Can I make it to the end?" asks M.I.A., channelling the lyrical simplicity of Best Coast. The song eventually jumps into a spastic club beat, but it never loses its pop cuteness.

'Mitangi,' the follow-up to 2010's 'Maya,' will be M.I.A.'s fourth album. It was supposed to be released in December 2012, but was supposedly delayed by Interscope for being "too positive." 'Come Walk With Me' is definitely a positive song, at least for M.I.A.
